SOEUR was founded in Paris in 2008 by two sisters, Domitille and Angélique Brion — Domitille as creative director, Angélique leading the business. What started as a single boutique on rue Bonaparte has grown into one of France's most beloved ready-to-wear brands : a timeless Parisian wardrobe designed for women of all generations, built on beautiful materials, effortless silhouettes, and clothes made to last.

Today, SOEUR counts boutiques across France and Europe along with corners in the world's finest department stores. This fall, we're writing our next chapter : our first boutique in the United States, opening in New York in January 2027.

We're looking for the team who will bring SOEUR to America. Starting with you.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work directly with the Store Manager to open and run SOEUR's first American store — driving sales, coaching the team, and stepping up as the leader on the floor whenever the Store Manager is away.

What You'll Do

Sell and serve

• Deliver a warm, personal client experience and service true to the SOEUR spirit

• Build lasting client relationships and grow our New York clientele

• Know the collection inside and out and share that passion with clients and the team

Support and lead

• Co-pilot the store with the Store Manager : KPIs, action plans, daily operations

• Help onboard, train, and coach Sales Associates

• Assist with scheduling, HR administration, and hours budgeting

• Take full charge of the store in the Store Manager's absence

Keep the Maison Soeur beautifully presented at all times

• Execute merchandising and window guidelines from Paris

• Manage deliveries, stock organization, inventories, and transfers

• Handle cash procedures rigorously and help prevent shrinkage

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of retail experience, ideally with keyholder or supervisory responsibility (fashion or premium a plus)

• Strong selling skills and a genuine love of client relationships

• A natural coach : proactive, organized, calm under pressure

• Authorization to work in the United States
